[Patentcenter] Login Looping

[J Meng Nakagawa PhD 孟琤 博士]

New phenomenon:

Just noticed that after I login, if I select Patent Center, it loops as 
if I have NOT login yet, with the upper right corner label being "Sign 
In". If I click that, it goes back to the login page.

If I select "Certified Copy Center", it shows my order history and my 
name in the upper right corner, which indicates that I am logged in 
already. No luck trying to go back to Patent Center from the Certified 
Copy Center page.
