[Patentcenter] Unable to Create PDF error in Patent Cetner

Yes; we’ve been getting it for over a week. When I called EBC about it last week they were not concerned and said to proceed with filing since it was only a yellow error.  The pdf did actually generate and was in the .zip and the file wrapper.

Has anyone else received the Patent Center error re an uploaded DOCX file ”Unable to created PDF for one or more sections. PDF creation skipped error” in Patent Center?



This happened today.  I’ve tried different Browsers and tested previously accepted DOCX files and still get this same error.



I’ve emailed EBC but haven’t heard back from them yet.
