Thanks. I've tried that a couple of times but no luck. I can reboot my computer and try again.

Usually that is indeed a cookies/cache issue if it's working in another browser. I've been hung up in it before and it's super annoying.

If in the upper right corner of the screen you see your name like you're still signed in, try and sign out
Then I would try and clear the on device data

Then close your browser
Reopen it and go to my.uspto.gov to start the authentication process

Last time it was a loop I got stuck in and had to clear a few times, but I stuck with it to avoid clearing everything out.

Hi

The USPTO performed maintenance on Patent Center from midnight to 3:00 AM o Saturday 05/31/2025. I was trying to file a single document in Chrome starting around 11:30 PM on Friday 05/30/2025, and I couldn't get past the fee calculation page. I clicked Skip Fees, but it kept taking me to the fee calculation page, and when I clicked Continue, nothing happened. I logged in and out several times, and finally I was able to file it at 11:55 PM.

After midnight, I tried to access Patent Center, and it took me to the Systems Status and Availability page. Today, Monday 06/02/2025, it's still taking me to the Systems Status and Availability page, even if I type https://patentcenter.uspto.gov/ directly into the browser address bar.

I deleted all of the USPTO cookies in my Chrome browser, but it didn't make any difference.

However, I can access Patent Center in Firefox, but I prefer Chrome.

I called the Electronic Business Center today, and of course they asked me to clear my cache and cookies, but I'm not doing that because the last time I did that, it caused me problems. They said they would escalate it.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks.
