[Patentpractice] USPTO calls on hold ahead of me - WTF

One time when I had waited that long, I had been doing other things while on hold, and then it took me a few seconds to get the matter in mind again.  The PTO person was not very understanding, saying that, since I had held for an hour, one would think I would be prepared by now to talk to her!
