[Patentpractice] Request for referral for Vietnamese agent

Greetings fellow practitioners,

I need to make a national phase entry in Vietnam and am currently lacking a
good connection there. Can any of you recommend a skilled (and personable)
patent practitioner in Vietnam (preferably in HCMC, though Hanoi would also
be fine) for a PCT national-phase filing there?

I understand that list protocol suggests that referrals be provided by
direct reply (rather than via replies to the list).
