I need to add domestic benefit data to an existing application data sheet (ADS).

In Adobe, I used to export the XML from the "forms" menu, edit the XML, and then import it.

But my current version of Adobe no longer has that menu option.  Adobe seems to have taken away a lot of the functionality.  Or I just cannot find it.

Any suggestions how to do this?
