[Patentpractice] Advice for disclosure of sensitive technology to DoD

Hi friends,

I'm looking for advice/best practices for making an in-person disclosure to DoD of technology for which there'd be a possibility of imposition of a secrecy order if an application were filed (will they sign NDAs?  Is it necessary?  How much to disclose, filing timing, protocol, protected communications, etc.).  If anyone has experience with this and would be willing to have a 10-15 minute call with me, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Thanks!
