No experience with NDAs with the DOD. You may end up needing to understand either FAR or DFARS. I’m looking for advice/best practices for making an in-person disclosure to DoD of technology for which there’d be a possibility of imposition of a secrecy order if an application were filed (will they sign NDAs?  Is it necessary?  How much to disclose, filing timing, protocol, protected communications, etc.).
