The USPTO rolled out Assignment Center on February 5, 2024. The USPTO
first reproduced the problem at least a week and a half before the
rollout of Assignment Center, when it prepared USPTO’s/Assignment Center
Training Guide/. Here it is:
The USPTO says it fixed the problem on March 29, 2024.
