[Patentpractice] Client incorporated in the Cayman Islands?

Hi All,

I have a potential client who is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, who
has inventors in East Asia. Does anyone know if they have any filing
requirements there?  It's my first time working with an entity there. I
looked up their patent laws but it was very short & didn't address it at
all.

They also asked me about tax implications of IP being owned there, which is
definitely above my paygrade. If anyone has a recommendation for counsel
familiar with that jurisdiction & IP law, please let me know (offlist).
