What I’m thinking I might do is forward the email conversation to Vidal… just to see if anything happens.

I’ll first wait to see if the AI bot send me the contact info of his supervisor as requested.

The reason why I contacted the Ombudsman is because I recall some here saying that the Ombudsman is helpful in getting cases “unstuck” out of limbo…

Publications doesn't have a number unless you have the number of a specific person.  The Applications "Assistance" Unit handles calls for Publications.
