[Patentpractice] Is Assignment Center still broken?

I just checked and I can see the previously uploaded assignments and it will let me start a new assignment.  I'm using Windows 10 and Chrome.

As far as I can see, Assignment Center is still broken.  Are others able to make use of Assignment Center just now?
