[Patentpractice] Second Welcome Letters

Apparently, the USPTO has decided that ONE Welcome Letter per application is insufficient.

Just got a second one with a Doc Code "WELCOME.LET2"

Note the "2", indicating they created a second Doc Code for second Welcome Letters.
