[Patentpractice] Ceremonial copies of issued patents

I wonder what the “nominal fee” will be for ordering a ceremonial copy and when they will announce it. I also hope they have some way for the applicant to order it directly without having to pay an attorney to order it and forward it. Lotsa luck.
