[Patentpractice] Buggy Patent Assignment Searching

Roger, yes, and who knows.
I had a matter where the counter-party asserted ownership of a patent. I
looked in Ass. Center; it's not the recorded owner. So I ask, and the
counterparty sent me the recorded assignment. That recordation was only
findable on some legacy system. Very frustrating.
