Not sure exactly what you mean by “communications breakdown” but I have access to two different AppColl accounts, and both of them seem to have properly created AppColl tasks based on USPTO emails today.

My firm uses AppColl.   This morning, there's some kind of communications breakdown between the USPTO and our AppColl.   Is anyone else seeing this?   Have you diagnosed the problem?
