[Patentpractice] Sample revival?

I had to research a similar issue a few years ago. As far as I could tell,
only https://petition.ai/ provides a database of petitions and petition
decisions. I bought a one month membership and passed it on. That was the
best thing I could have done and suggest it here.

As far as whether to report, that is your call. I have had multiple clients
tell me the facts are one thing, when reality is something else.  I would
not be so quick to report our colleagues.
