[Patentpractice] how slow or prompt is the German patent office with DAS tasks?

Hello folks. I am looking for help from some experienced German patent
practitioners about how slow or prompt the German patent office is with
DAS tasks.
As we all know, the German patent office joined the DAS system on
November 25, 2024. As of right now the participation of the German
patent office is as a Depositing Office for purposes of three kinds of
priority applications:
* National patent applications
* National utility model applications
* PCT international applications
Having clicked around a bit on the web site of the German patent office,
I found form number A9164 dated November 24, 2024. It is entitled
/Request for an electronic priority document and deposit in WIPO DAS/.
The idea, it seems, is that the German applicant completes this form and
sends the completed form to the German patent office. I presume that
the next thing that happens is that the German patent office provides
the precious DAS access code to the applicant.
So can some experienced German patent practitioner please share their
experience with this DAS task in the German patent office? Is the German
patent office prompt about providing the precious DAS access code? How
long does it take to receive the DAS access code?
And I suppose it would be good to know whether the answers to these
questions differ depending upon whether the kind of application involved
is a national patent application or a national utility model application
or a PCT international application.
As you might imagine my worry is that given that this DAS procedure has
only been in existence for a few weeks, maybe it is not well established
within the German patent office. Maybe the real situation is that the
applicant needs to pester the German patent office, maybe asking
multiple times for the DAS access code. But hopefully my worry is
misplaced and hopefully what really happens is that you file this form
A9164 in the morning and by the afternoon the German patent office has
provided the precious DAS access code.
