I’m confused…

Today is March 21, 2025 (right?)

I clicked the link in the USPTO’s March 19, 2025 “Patent Alert” email below and it downloaded a PDF dated May 28, 2024 and signed by VIDAL.

I checked the OG patent related notices link<https://www.uspto.gov/patents/laws/patent-related-notices/patent-related-notices-2025?utm_campaign=subscriptioncenter&utm_content=&utm_medium=email&utm_name=&utm_source=govdelivery&utm_term=> and then clicked the “Weekly” link right next to the 08APR2025 OG Date in the table and it downloads the same May 28, 2024 paper signed by Vidal.

So, questions are:

  1.  What is the date today?
  2.  What is the date that the USPTO thinks it is?
  3.  Where exactly is the freaking hand carry window?
