[Patentpractice] USB-C FIDO2 security key compatible with Mac?

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed before, but I don’t recall seeing it.

I already have Okta installed on my Mac, but wouldn’t mind another 2FA as a backup, and am thinking about a FIDO2 key, particularly one that is USB-C and that is compatible with Mac (and supported by USPTO.gov <http://uspto.gov/> of course).

I was looking at the YubiKey 5C or the YubiKey 5C NFC… does anyone have any experience with either of these keys with USPTO.gov <http://uspto.gov/> and a Mac?  Or any other brand?
