For what it's worth, my firm has Power PDF and it's decent software, but
any form-fillable PDFs (primarily ADS, SB08, RCE) that Power PDF touches
are no longer recognizable as PDFs by the USPTO. You can touch the PDF with
Acrobat to make it acceptable to the USPTO again or you can print to
CutePDF and turn the PDF into a stack of images.
Our IP group also has PDF-XChange, which many list users have recommended,
and it's far more powerful. It also doesn't "break" form-fillable PDFs as
far as the USPTO is concerned.
