[Patentpractice] [External Sender] USPTO second interview policy

Based on the USPTO Hour last week
<https://www.uspto.gov/about-us/events/uspto-hour-understanding-patent-examiners-role-ip-community>
(screenshot below), my understanding is that:the second interview needs SPE
approval.

I believe it was Deputy Commissioner for Patents Lorengo who offered the
advice for practitioners: "make sure that any interview comes with a really
specific agenda and give it to the examiner before the interview *would be
scheduled*, making things efficient to prepare effectively."
