[Patentpractice] Assignment Center Upgrade

You can now click on the assignment tab in Patent Center and see the assignments for your unpublished applications again like you used to be able to do.

Do you have any feedback on the new assignment center? I haven't explored it thoroughly yet, but it seems that searching for assignments, which previously had issues, is working now.
