[Patentpractice] AI patent valuation tools

I don't think Ben Keim was sending advertisements or solicitations.

The first email in this chain (not from Ben) asked for "recommendations for AI patent portfolio evaluation tools."

Ben replied by listing a tool provided by Tangible IP. I cannot find any connection between Ben and the company he recommended.

Ben is a patent attorney with Newport IP (Our Professionals - Newport IP Law Firm<https://newportip.com/professionals>) and has posted many times on the listserve. For example, on 20 Oct 2025 he posted the following:
I just heard from a SPE that:

 Acting Commissioner Valencia Martin Wallace sent out instructions today to the examiners that they are required to conduct interviews when they are requested by the applicant in order to further prosecution. Hopefully, you and all other practitioners don't experience a detrimental impact.

I think you have misjudged Ben and should reinstate him as a member of the listserve.

And, for the record, I do not know Ben other than his posts on the listserve. I just feel like he is being unfairly maligned.
