[Patentpractice] >19 MB file upload

I just uploaded and successfully filed in Patent Center a PDF file that was 25 MB.

Am I delusional or did the USPTO increase the size constraint from 19 MB?

Or for some reason are PCT cases allowed a greater file size upload and I never noticed...
