[Patentpractice] Infringing goods sold on Amazon or tariff effect?

One particular product is sold on amazon with Amazon Prime fulfilment. The seller has a very professional website. I assume they are the originator of the class of product:
https://www.amazon.com/Salty-Captain-Chassis-Grenade-Undercarriage/dp/B0FLWZSBJ1
There are many other generic products of that type on Amazon. Oddly, none are listed as shipped by Amazon, let alone via Prime. Most list separate shipping charges.
An effect of tariffs or Amazon avoiding possession for patent liability?
