Subject: [Patentpractice] USPTO won't release priority document
Filed original nonprovisional.
No FFL on filing receipt and could not track in DAS. FR indicated Yes to PDX and search results authorization.
Petitioned for FFL.
Petition granted promptly. After two weeks still could not track in DAS.
Filed request for updated FR to expressly list FFL and requested release to DAS.
Crickets after almost six weeks more. No new FR or Notice of New or Revised Pub. Date. Still can't track in DAS 8 weeks after FFL.
Thoughts on who to contact at USPTO?
Am having similar issues on several provisionals.
USPTO personnel are authorized to contact me directly.
Will
