[Patentpractice] Appeal from PTAB Decision

Wrong claim construction is the best grounds for an appeal. It is hard to win on an argument that the prior art was misinterpreted.

Also, has the statute setting the evidentiary standard for an IPR to preponderance of the evidence rather than clear and convincing ever been challenged at the Fed. Circuit or at SCOTUS?
