I’m not sure if this answers your questions, but patent docketing software, such as AppColl, can fill in USPTO PDF forms, as well as generate documents based on user-created templates, from “matter” records. For example, before I file a patent application, I populate an AppColl record for the corresponding matter with a title, inventors, etc. I can then press a button, and AppColl generates an Application Data Sheet (ADS) and declarations for the inventors using USPTO PDF forms. AppColl fills in fields of the PDF forms from data in the matter’s record. I wrote a template assignment (using Microsoft Word, but other word processor can be used), and AppColl can generates an assignment, again filling in data from the matter’s record.

Dear List,
BACKGROUND -- I do NOT know about pdf internals, and do not have a licensed copy of Adobe. I am not a 'sophisticated consumer'

 I present a problem below [part 1 and part 2 of a single problem] and I am asking the brain-trust -->
Do you know of any commercially available pdf tools that can help me? (e.g. online or otherwise; preferably subscription based I am happy to pay $$)

WHAT I NEED --> I want to provide a bunch of text "scripts" and to receive filled-out USPTO pdf forms.  Do you know a good TOOL?
WHY I NEED IT --> Opening up PDF files manually and then saving one-by-one is slow,
distracting, cumbersome, and error-prone.   I think I have been working in a 'less than 100% efficient/not sophisticated manner' and want to save time.

IMPORTANT NOTE --I prefer to stick to populating USPTO downloadable-forms , rather than submitting 'homemade forms'

THE PROBLEM (PART 1 -- Forms OTHER than ADS) -->

We find that manually preparing and filling out various USPTO pdf forms is burdensome. Towards this end, we are looking for automatic tools to do so - preferably driven by text commands.

For example, mimicking an email to a paralegal --> Please provide blank inventor oaths for new US nonprovisional entitled "New Technology Methods" with 3 inventors: Sara Smith, Jamal Harrison, and Steven Jones.

Then I would get back back 3 blank inventor oaths.

Similar story for POAs, etc

THE PROBLEM (PART 2 -- ADS forms).

I would want this for ADS forms but I think ADS forms have a different structure - they cannot be displayed on browsers [maybe ADS forms are XFA-based pdf forms???]

 For example,  I would want to provide a TEXT set of instructions to generate a new PDF file.

"please provide a new ADS" [for the above invention] --> "domestic benefit claims are CURRENT is a CON of (pending) US 19000000 filed on Dec 15, 2024"

or BETTER YET -->
"please provide a blank ADS of a 371 national stage of PCT/US2024/XXXXXXX"  or
"please provide a blank ADS for a new continuation of
