[Patentpractice] FFL Timing for Expedited Petitions?

We have a situation where 2 provisional applications were filed, but the 2nd one has yet to receive the Filing Receipt, and we are coming up on a deadline to foreign file.  Just called AAU and was told the Filing Receipt for the 2nd Provisional should issue very soon (“7 business days”) since it was being escalated.  Am thinking a petition for expedited FFL may be needed, but curious if they are still providing those within 3 business days?

With all the delays I’m experiencing from getting things from the USPTO, I’d hate to find out the hard way that the Licensing & Review branch has also been impacted.
