[Pct] Referral For South Africa Agent (Reminder - Off List)

All,

We are trying to locate a RESPONSIVE agent in South Africa to engage to 
handle a design patent application filing.  We have already contacted 2 
firms (one well known major firm and another small firm) several times 
and received no response.  Can anyone recommend someone there who they 
know _IS_ responsive.
