Does the KIPO fee payment web site work for anyone else?

I don't think I have ever just gone to the web site, entered some data, and
been able to pay the fees.  It's always a caged knife fight to the death --
    -- it asks for a "password" but KIPO issues multiple passwords over the
life of a PCT application,and you have to get the right one,
       and you have to figure out which exclamation points you're supposed
to enter and which ones are just for show
    -- KIPO doesn't send email notices to the email addressees in ePCT.
They only send one email, to my assistant.  Which doesn't
       always mean they get to me in due course.
    -- the payment portal apparently won't accept your money until you
email somebody and ask "pretty please take my money" --
       the instructions that are displayed by default on the web page are
illusory in my experience, there's always some additional
       step you were supposed to take.

I have always eventually succeeded in paying the fees, until today -- I
just got the notice that I didn't pay the fees in time, so now there's a
surcharge.

I may end up adding KIPO to my payees list in Wise, and just forget the web
site.  But that means handling KIPO outside the bookkeeping I use for
everything else.  That's a pain all its own.

Does the KIPO fee payment web site work for anyone else?  What do you do?
