Thank you David.  And for those who are keeping score at home, this 
means that David paid about $42 and he will receive two physical books.  
And I will receive about $96 in royalties.

I suppose Jeff Bezos would say "we lose money on every sale, but make it 
up in volume."

Amazon says this book is now the *#1 New Release in Adult & Continuing 
Education*.
