[Pct] Odd Amazon pricing for second edition of my PCT Forms and Docketing book

I have seen small publishers that also sell on Amazon complain about this
practice. They are less competitive than Amazon when selling their own
products, and it harms their own website traffic (and their  own
independent stores).
