[Pct] Assignment - applicant of convenience in PCT application

[Jeffrey Semprebon]

I've never bothered with an assignment. Just listed the US Applicant for
purposes of whatever obscure jurisdiction on the Request form along with
the real Applicant for all jurisdictions and then deleted them before
publication.
