                Thank you for posting the blog article.

                You suggested:  “paralegals who wish that their attorneys would face up to this DOCX risk problem, maybe they could print out this very blog article and stick it under the nose of the attorneys.”

                I would suggest that these paralegals (non-attorney staff) provide this blog article to their firms’ managing partners, risk management committees, and general counsel.  I am sure those people would like to know that their firm’s attorneys are delegating decisions about risk and potential malpractice to non-attorney staff, without even learning or knowing the issues.
