[Pct] ePCT - Priority document

I filed a PCT via ePCT.
I had two provisionals claiming priority to.
I listed both with the serial number, filing date, and provided the DAS code.
ePCT accepted one of the provisionals, but the other one it kept telling me I was entering the information incorrectly.
No, the information I tried to enter was correct!
I have tried to go back and enter the missing information into ePCT after the 304 was received.
Once again it keeps telling me the information I’m entering is wrong, but it is NOT wrong!
Why is ePCT doing this?
Is the only solution to order a certified copy and then upload to them?
