[Pct] ePCT - Priority document

The same thing happened to me recently. Upon many inquiries I learned that
the PTO had a "software error" on January 3rd, which precluded action on
uploading a provisional to which my ePCT filed IA claimed priority. Over
the next 2 months, I twice got a manager at ebc or AAU, I forget which, to
escalate, by entering a prompt for the development team to resolve the
problem. Some time in mid february, it got resolved.
At one point, I got the advice to file a supplemental SB/69. I had filed
and SB/39, so weird as that advice was, I filed an SB/69 and also another
SB/39.

ePCT is not your problem. Its this side of the pond.
