You can still file in the US (and may have to, if the invention was made in
the US and an FFL has not been obtained). You should still use the ePCT
system to prepare the Request filing package to be submitted to the USPTO
via Patent Center. ePCT should check the priority applications to catch
such errors, IF the provisionals have been made available to the DAS system.
