[Patentcenter] Another PC bug

My guess (and it's only a guess) is that Patent Center logged you out, and
instead of telling you it had logged you out, it gave you a panic-inducing
message.

I have seen strange behavior like this that magically went away after I
closed the browser window and logged back in. I am assuming that it logged
me out but didn't tell me.
