[Patentcenter] MyUSPTO--Site can't be reached?

I received a very similar error Thursday. As we continue to encounter the infuriating, frequent errors in PC, it seems in our best interest to document a body count with the EBC that these errors are occurring. Every time she receives the error, send an email report to the EBC with screenshots.

One of the justifications for inaction by the PTO has been something like, "most users find that PC works just fine" or "we do not have reports of errors." Well, most users encountering errors find a way to get their work done by signing out then logging back in, switching browsers, restarting the computer, clearing the cache, waiting 30 minutes, etc. etc. etc. This mode of operation appears to be completely acceptable to PTO.

Developers keep saying they cannot duplicate the errors. Maybe if they have stacks of thousands of well-documented error reports they will finally drop their lame excuse. I doubt the EBC will timely reply or send any useful info, but the point is to create a body count of real, continuing errors.

In reply to my report they said, "Clear your cache and cookies and make sure the time range is set to all time," which I had already done. It is ridiculous that PC requires such a finely-tuned environment just for basic interoperability.

Hello all,

One of our paralegals is constantly having access issues with MyUSPTO, whether going through MyUSPTO or going to Patent Center directly. This is happening in Chrome, despite her restarting the computer, clearing caches and cookies, etc. etc. This is a multiple times DAILY occurrence for this one paralegal, like Groundhog Day.

When she is finally able to access Patent Center and start uploading a filing, after clicking to go to the next screen, sometimes Patent Center drops off and the "can't be reached" screen will reappear without saving any of her work up to that point. When she finally gets back in, she has to start all over again. When she called the EBC, they said that the issue is on our end; they can't duplicate/replicate the issue; and they are not receiving similar complaints from anyone else.

This paralegal is wasting tons of time dealing with this. And we are having to have other paralegals do the uploads that this paralegal is unable to do. Has anyone in this group been able to successfully resolve this issue? And/or, providing this input for whoever is keeping track of these performance issues.
