[Patentcenter] Well, at least there's one thing they're not lying anymore

Logged in to Patent Center and tried to download an office action.
Very first attempt and I got the “case not associated with the customer number” crap.
It is my application – it *is* associated with my customer number.  And it is a published application, so I should see it anyway.
On my second attempt I was able to download a PDF of the action.
Tried to get the DOCX and got a “Search limit reached” message.
I am logged in – why am I getting a search limit?  And why one “search” (whatever is meant by a “search”)?

How frustrating.  And how embarrassing!!!  This is the best the PTO can do?!

Good news though: I was able to download the files I needed from Global Dossier.

The PTO does not seem to be throttling Global Dossier (yet).
[Maybe I shouldn’t have posted this message?  Maybe the PTO lurkers will kill that site too!]

I’m sure that’s only because EFS-Web and Private PAIR are gone, so there’s no need for the PTO to refer to the legacy systems in any manner at all.

I’m sure this is NOT an acknowledgment that Patent Center falls short of 100% of the functionality of the retired systems.
