[Patentcenter] Billable Hours Lost

Hi

We don't bill here since we are in-house, generally speaking.  Has anyone started to calculate how much time these issues are costing them/their clients?  We have received bills from law firms in the past that included the time they spent uploading the application to EFS (this was a long time ago).
