[Patentcenter] Patent Crap

That's the plan. Congressional oversight can't act in a short number of
weeks, which is why I didn't try before Nov 8 (sorry, I didn't fully spin
up on Patent Center until I was done with DOCX and then paying work....)
But once Congress gets going, several people at PTO will be very
uncomfortable. Darryl Issa (House IP Subcommittee) is especially
tenacious vis-a-vis Dems in executive branch. He'll love it.

We have to balance quality with quantity. Emails with silly unsupported
complaints won't help much, no matter how many. One of my extensive
detailed exhaustively-supported letters won't help much. We will need 100
or so detailed expositions of one bug each, plus one of my detailed
exhaustively-supported letters. Let me catch up with paying work this
weekend and I'll plan this a little better. In the mean time, start
writing your detailed write up of one bug each. I will find the right
email addresses.

If you're in Issa's district (San Diego), Hank Johnson's district (DeKalb,
Newton, Rockland counties Georgia), Massie (northern Kentucky), Delaware
(Coons) or North Carolina (Tillis), please contact me -- I need your help.
Also if you're in any subcommitee district
https://judiciary.house.gov/subcommittees/committee-judiciary/subcommittee-courts-intellectual-property-and-internet,
or Hawaii (Hirono), or Arkansas (Cotton) or Tennessee (Blackburn). (Welch
and Cornyn won't care, and I don't know enough about Osoff and Padilla).
