[Patentcenter] Patent Crap

No sure that would do any good as both of these individuals have received
letter after letter, in person meetings and the like and still have ignored
all requests and concerns.  Clearly, they have turned a deaf ear to the IP
community that relies upon their services.  

 

I suspect the better option would be to start inundating the representatives
and senators of the various committees that oversee the USPTO, especially
the Judiciary Committees of the House and Senate, with the original letters
as well as the new issues.  Perhaps that will be an eye opening experience
and lead to some action.

Perhaps everyone should copy the Director and the Commissioner on all of the
emails to the Patent Center list serve reporting the bugs.

It is a failure to scale.  Bad system design.

You are a paying customer.  You logged in.  They know exactly who you are
and that you are a paying customer.  In such circumstances, the "search
limit reached" is unacceptable behavior on their part.
