[Patentcenter] Patent Crap

I tend to have a tab in my browser open continuously on Patent Center, and I select the keep me logged in button when I initially sign on, and I notice that quite often, even though "logged out," merely refreshing the page or clicking the bookmark link for PC will let me back in.  But, then I might receive some of these errors or other strange errors.  A recent one was where I went to the Workbench menu and selected "View applications" and received a string of errors similar to what Suzannah shows below.  In addition, despite getting those errors (in multiplicity), a list of applications still appeared.  Clicking on "View" in the Document & Transactions yielded the "you don't have authority to access this" error, but I could click on other links in the application (Application #, Submission Receipt, and Payment Receipt) and see what was linked.  If I selected Application #, it took me to the application data page, where I could select "Documents & Transactions" and see everything in the file without the error message.  Going back to the View Applications page, if I selected Application #, I got the no authorization error again.

I signed out and signed back in and it now works as expected (and I don't expect much from PC).

So, if others work similarly and leave the browser window open all the time and never sign out, that "may" be a source of some of these errors.  Maybe.
