[E-trademarks] Reaching EA?

Colleagues,

 

I have a rather simple remaining issue of amending the ID of goods in an
application, but I do need to talk to the examining attorney about it (her
requirements seems to be a bit misplaced). I emailed the EA several times, I
called several times and left voice mails. I am not getting any response.

 

I understand that people can get sick, be absent for whatever reason. But it
used to be easier (when the grass was greener :)). The deadline is
approaching, so the question is what would be the best way to proceed. Call
the supervisor at the Law Office? Again, I don't want to sound complaining,
people can get sick and whatnot, but I would like to move forward with this
matter ASAP.
