[E-trademarks] USPTO.GOV No Longer Accessible via VPN

Why exactly do you need to use the VPN?  See

Why not self-host the VPN?  Then the WAN IP address will be a guaranteed 
safe IP address.  The USPTO will never be able to figure out that it is 
a VPN connection.  See
