[E-trademarks] Format for individual trademark records

Hi all (especially PTO lurkers),

I am looking at a newly issued Office Action where the the prints of the 
cited marks are in a new format, but quite similar to the old TESS 
format. You can tell because the  formatting of the field content is 
different. HOW DO WE DO THIS?? How is this view generated, and can we do 
it too? That would reduce my frustration with the new search system by 
about 99% if I could get a print of a record that looks like this.
