[E-trademarks] FW: We want your feedback: Sign up as a customer experience volunteer today

When I was with the TESS group at the USPTO (circa 2007?), several members of the TEAS development team told me about the prior version of the E-Trademarks discussion group and that the discussion group was providing TESS feedback that I should be aware of.  (There was little feedback provided via the TESS at USPTO.GOV email address for TESS support - mostly just simple search questions from novice searchers.

I expect several members of the TEAS development team are still among the USPTO lurkers of this discussion group, particularly since postings on this discussion group are likely among the first alerts to the USPTO that something has gone wrong with some trademark application on the USPTO website.

If they really cared about this, they would designate one or two USPTO people to be stated liaisons to the e-Trademarks listserv.

If the Commissioner for Trademarks really cared about this, he would have answered our August 7, 2021 letter about TEAS that you can see at https://blog.oppedahl.com/commissioner-for-trademarks-responds-to-the-fifty-four-trademark-practitioners/ .   He failed to answer that letter.  When I managed to extract a verbal response from him, which I accomplished only because he and I were both on the faculty of a CLE event, he said he would do what we asked in mid-2022.  Notice by the way that he did not actually do it in mid-2022 as promised.
